Who handles bookings and payments?
Reservations and payments take place through the partner host’s booking website. Guests should contact that host about their reservation, cancellation terms, or stay.
Do you manage my property?
No. See the hosting responsibilities above: the program adds a listing and an external booking link, rather than management services.
Must I use OwnerRez?
No. A basic listing works with an external booking link. Any future shared availability feature may require compatible systems and separate setup; live shared availability is not included today.
Does applying guarantee approval?
No. Each application is reviewed for suitability, accurate information, and readiness to welcome guests.
What does it cost?
The standard host fee is 5%. A limited group of early adopters will lock in a 3% host fee. Both rates apply to the total booking amount for bookings referred through Partner Stays. Early-adopter availability and final participation terms will be confirmed before enrollment.
Do partner stays earn Travel Rewards?
Partner participation in Travel Rewards has not been confirmed. Guests should not assume that a partner booking earns rewards.
Are bookings guaranteed?
No. A listing is an additional opportunity to connect with travelers; results vary. See the program expectations above.
